Orders will be despatched as quickly as possible but please allow 14 days from cleared payment. If there is likely to be a longer delay you will be informed by email as soon as possible. If an order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email and a refund provided as soon as possible.
Although every attempt will be made to match colours and contrast this cannot be guaranteed due to variations in screen calibration.
Print sizes have been selected to match standard mounts or frames so some cropping may occur. For mounted prints, the dimensions quoted are for the required frame size.
All orders will be despatched by first class recorded delivery in the UK and by a secure method for overseas. All postal methods will require a signature on receipt.
As images are professionally printed on receipt of an order returns will not normally be accepted or refunds given.
The photographer accepts no responsibility for orders lost or damaged in the post.
